The rules and such never bothered you

And so on Thursday I have an appointment to see a man about a degree. Specifically, a degree in Linguistics. Okay, my degree in Linguistics. Which I will be earning, slowly but surely, beginning maybe even as soon as next week. I'm beside myself. I love school. I love language. I love... getting a degree? Probably.
I'm beyond excited. At last!
