I'm sorry things have not been going so well for you at work. Some times I too get so frustrated I end up in tears...and then I get more frustrated. It makes me feel so unprofessional! Hope things improve for you.
It's funny that you should mention the four agreements. I haven't read the book, but I once read a magazine article about them and thought they made a lot of sense. I'd scribbled them down on a piece of paper, which I just found this morning during my tidying frenzy.
