Like a leper coming down with some kind of nervous hysteria

There are certain dynamics that make a show great and by their nature it's difficult to keep those dynamics active. In real life things fizzle out and evolve, so there's a limited amount of directions which the writers can take. That said, I was hoping for a more crackling, whip-smart sort of episode of House last night... instead, it was fairly uninspired. And all three of the cottages made an appearance but only Cameron actually had lines. She's blonde now. I still loathe her. She and Chase are engaged now. ::rolleyes::

There were moments, of course. Like this one:

House: That was a mistake.
Cameron: What, the job or the blonde hair?
House: The blonde hair makes you look like a hooker. I like it.

For what it's worth, I look terrible as a blonde. Sorry, Greg.
